Types of finishes.

I can do several finishes, it really depends on what I'm making and what it is for.

Some of the main ones can be:
PolyurethaneModern finish, leaves glossy hard coat that is durable, waterproof, and food safe.
Boiled Linseed OilOil finish that hardens to a nice seal. I use it on things like axe handles, bokken, and things I want my hands to be on without splintering.
Raw linseed Oil(Otherwise known as Flax Oil) Boiled Linseed Oil has chemicals that make it not food safe. This version is food safe, so you can apply it to get a rustic period look. Great for cutting boards (Mineral Oil also works, but you have to re-apply it more often, in my experience)
WaxThis can give a nice buffed appearance. Great for sliding puzzles and the like.
OthersShellac, varnish, other oils, stains, dyes, etc. Various other things can be done, too
